Our liability to you is restricted as detailed within our enclosed Terms and Conditions.

You declare that you have full authority to enter into this contract.

You understand that if the full value of the property exceeds £25,000 additional charges may apply.

Work is undertaken in accordance with Clause 9.1.1 subject to a maximum liability limit of £25,000.00 without the requirement for a declaration of value. In the event that the value of goods carried exceeds this limit then it is your to inform us in writing prior to the work commencing.

You agree that if you do not declare a value to us, or if you fail to pay any additional charges relating thereto, your entitlement will be limited in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to make your own insurance arrangements, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

2) Notify us of any optional services you wish to accept.

3) That you will declare via email to us, a total value of the goods we will be moving / storing for you.

4) Return this Acceptance Form to us by completing the below and then pressing "ACCEPT".
